DarEstate allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Users can delete their account directly from the DarEstate mobile app using the "Delete account" option.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the DarEstate mobile app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Use the "Delete account" option in the app and confirm the request.
  3. If you cannot access the app, contact us using the details below.
  4. Please include the mobile number linked to your DarEstate account so our team can identify the account and process the request.

Data that may be retained temporarily

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons. Technical logs may also be retained for a limited period.
